LayerUnfold does not decompose artwork on this website. Install the CCX plugin and run it from the LayerUnfold panel inside Photoshop.

No. LayerUnfold is a Photoshop plugin. The website provides the plugin download, account, authentication, and ticket management; decomposition runs from the panel inside Photoshop.

Confirm that the file name still ends in .ccx, then update or restart Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop and open the file again.
